'Many waters cannot quench love...'

On a rainy day in June, Ellis and Daniela said 'I Do'.  The day was a huge faith building experience.  We woke up to a steady drizzle.  I so wanted to take the pictures outside, but I came to the place where I thought that God wanted me to have more experience in indoor photography since there was no sign of the rain letting up.  By the time we got to the place to take pictures, it had stopped!  WOW, miracle #1.  Then as the bridal party were arriving and we were finishing up with the couple it just DUMPED!  So we headed to our backup place and ended up taking a few pictures under the porch and by that time it had stopped and we got to take the rest of them outside.  We even had time to head back to the first place and do a few bridal party pictures there.  Then just as we were finishing up again it let loose with another downpour.  And it rained all through the reception and ceremony, except for a little window of time before-hand where we were able to take a few others outside.  And by the time the couple was ready to leave it had stopped and we were able to take more pictures in the great outdoors.  Then true to form as we were getting ready to leave it rained again.  It was so, so awesome to feel God.  And to know that He cares about the little details of life.  The couple was so awesome to work with, and even with the big disappointment of not being able to have the reception outside to day was absolutely beautiful.  "Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it" - The day was a very literal example of that!  Meet Ellis and Dani....

All the details, just made me happy!

The bridal party was a hoot!  There were many moments of laughter, and it just added to the whole 'happy' feeling of the day.
